A friend, whom I have great respect for, strongly recommended Bill Burley. Bill was so helpful and kind and a great communicator throughout the sales process. I live in Orchard Park and am the Estate Executor of my sister's estate. She died in April of this year and owned the house Bill sold. He was so helpful addressing concerns when I could not get to Jamestown myself. His service was invaluable. For example, Bill contacted a locksmith, a plumber and a cleaning person to address my concerns and needs. He also worked with the Estate Sales person since I could not be there for the Estate Sale. There were others he met with as well, like the lawn care person.

I lived in Jamestown for many years and have several friends and relatives in the area and will definitely recommend Bill to them.

Between Bill and my lawyer, the closing went smoothly and in a timely fashion. Bill provided all paperwork for signatures via e mails so I didn't have to travel to Jamestown. Much appreciated!

William Burly is someone I will speak highly of, Bill is a step above other brokers in that he takes the time to find out what your needs are where other brokers I was working with tried to tell me what would work for me just to make a sale. Bill is very diligent and responsive at no time did I have any trouble getting in contact with him even when he took vacation he still continued to preform his duties in a professional and prompt manner.

Bill "came with the house" we selected, but we were incredibly pleased he was the listing agent because we began a solid, great relationship from that point forward.
